Tamir's ability to get into the details, improve complex flows, and create smooth and intuitive experiences has made a real difference in the products we built and the value they bring to users.
What impresses me most is Tamir's ability to quickly grasp complex scenarios and immediately identify the core issues at hand.

His ability to combine excellent user experience with technical and business requirements makes him a true professional.
He provided smart and creative solutions, adding real value at every stage.
Background
I studied psychology and economics before I opened Figma. That lens, how people actually decide, runs through everything I design: defaults, friction, framing, and feedback placed where they change outcomes.
I also host When Psychology Meets UX, a Berlin meetup that has brought together 450+ designers across nine editions.
More about meFixed price for sprints and audits, agreed before we start. Embedded work is a monthly rate. Either way you know the number upfront.
Usually within 1 to 2 weeks. The intro call is the quickest way to find out.
You do. Figma files, prototypes, research, everything is yours from day one.
Within 24 hours on weekdays, usually much faster.
I work AI-native with Claude Code and Figma MCP in my workflow. Exploration that used to take days happens in hours, and you review working prototypes instead of guessing from static screens.
For the right product, yes. I'm open to longer engagements and full-time-shaped conversations.
